前回購入したブランドAの商品ですが、
私のお客様からクレームが入りました。
2個パックの商品に1個パックが１つ混ざっていました。
2個パックと1個パックの差額の返金をお願いします。
また、前回にメールで連絡をした不具合の件、
再度、商品に充電をして動作を確認しました。
1個に電源が入らない不具合がありました。
（添付の写真を確認して下さい）
ですので、こちらも1個分の代金の返金、
もしくは代替品を送って欲しいです。
（メインのユニットだけで送って下さい。）

Please refund the money between one-pack and two-pack.
And about the item before I contected you, the commodity can be used after charging.
I don't need two power sources (please confirm it from the picture I sent you) so I will refund of one power sources to you, if not I would like any alternate.(Please send my the main unit only)
