Tom を会社Aの製品のインストラクターとして本契約書の有効期限内で契約する。その役割は次の通りである。会社Aは会社Bに製品を無償貸与し、Tomは製品を検証し、論文を作成し、会社Aと協議の上論文を投稿する。投稿費用が発生する場合は会社Aが負担する。Tomはセミナー講師を担い、会社A はセミナー開催につき講師費として1日500ユーロに支払う。Tomはカスタマから直接又は会社Aを通して、製品の問合せがあった場合必要に応じて操作性・鋳造性確認のためデモンストレーションを行う。

We will contract Tom as a instructor of the product of the company A during the effective period of this Agreement. His role is as set forth below. The company A lends the product to the company B. Tom inspects the product, write an article on it, have a discussion on said article with the company A and posts that article. In case that any cost is incurred in connection with posting said article, the company A shall bear the cost. Tom takes the charge to be the seminar instructor, and will receive 500 euros per day as the instructing fee. As inquired by customers or by the company A, if necessary, Tom conducts a demonstration to confirm the product's operability and moldability.

Tom as a product instructor of the company A, we will make an agreement with the validity period stated within this agreement. The roles are as follows. The company A shall lend products for free to the company B. Tom will then inspect the products, prepare a monograph and post the monograph after discussions with the company A. Should posting fees be incurred, the company A will bear such fees. Tom will bear a seminar lecturer, and the company A will pay € 500.00 a day as a lecturer fee upon hosting of a seminar. If Tom, directly or through the company A, receives queries on products, he will demonstrate to confirm the functionality and castability, as needed.
