私は3月7日に落札したティーセットを3月17日に受け取りました。セットの内、ソーサーの一枚が、割れており、シュガーポットの底にヒビがありました。私は18日に地元の郵便局へ連絡し、荷物の状態を確認して貰い、ダメージレポートを作成してもらいました。ソーサーの割れは、輸送中のダメージで、シュガーポットのヒビは元々あったものと判断されました。

I have received the Tea set, which I won on March 7, on March 17th. Among the set, one of the saucers was broken and there was a crack on the bottom of the pot. I have contacted my local post office on the 18th and have them checked the package condition as well as have them created the damage report. The result found that the saucer was damaged during the transportation and crack on the bottom of the pot was already there before it was shipped.

On Mar. 17th, I received the tea set for which I made a successful bid on Mar. 7th. But one saucer was found broken and there is a crack on the bottom of the sugar pot. I contacted the local post office on the 18th, and had them look at the status of the parcel and write a damage report. According to the report, the saucer was broken while in transit but the sugar pot had already had a crack prior to the shipment.
