私は3月7日に落札したティーセットを3月17日に受け取りました。セットの内、ソーサーの一枚が、割れており、シュガーポットの底にヒビがありました。私は18日に地元の郵便局へ連絡し、荷物の状態を確認して貰い、ダメージレポートを作成してもらいました。ソーサーの割れは、輸送中のダメージで、シュガーポットのヒビは元々あったものと判断されました。
I received the tea set that I won a bid on March 17th; however, one of saucer is broken and there is a crack on the bottom of the sugar pot. I contacted the local post office and have them check the status of the content of the package, and then I obtained the damage report. They determined that the saucer was damaged in transit and the crack on the sugar pot is original.
