ネジを交換するにもネジがまわらない状態ではネジの交換はできません。
近くのホームセンターにも相談してみましたが解決にはいたりません。
10ドル払い戻しするからそれで解決して欲しいと貴方はいいますが、それでは2年間の保証がある商品なのに保証の意味がありません。
このまま誠意がない対応のまま答えが先延ばしになるようでしたらebay もしくはpaypalに取引内容をお伝えするしかなくなります。
では返信をお待ちしています。

I wish I could replace the screw but it won't budget.

You said you would give me a partial refund, $10 but this product has the two year warranty. This warranty doesn't mean anything then.
If this seems to be prolonged without your sincere attitude to solve this problem I will report to eBay or PayPal about this in detail.
