近くのホームセンターにも相談してみましたが解決にはいたりません。
10ドル払い戻しするからそれで解決して欲しいと貴方はいいますが、それでは2年間の保証がある商品なのに保証の意味がありません。
このまま誠意がない対応のまま答えが先延ばしになるようでしたらebay もしくはpaypalに取引内容をお伝えするしかなくなります。
