保険の事ですが、郵便事業株式会社（EMS）に連絡したのですが、
受取人からの連絡では損害賠償金は送料の実費である171.75ドルと、
20000円（約240ドル）までしか支払えないとの事です。
保険を掛けて頂いていたようですが、
商品代を全額賠償してもらう為には差出人の方が連絡する必要があるそうです。
受取人には権利が無いと言うことですのでどうすることも出来ません。
商品代317ドルと送料200ドルの合わせて517ドルお支払い しましたが、
私からの連絡で損害賠償を受けてしまうと約105ドルもマイナスになってしまいます。
もし、105ドルお支払い頂けるのであれば、
このまま損害賠償を受けようかと思ってるのですが可能でしょうか？
もし無理なのであれば、
お手数ですがそちらからご連絡して頂き、
全額賠償を受けて下さい。
一度、郵便事業株式会社の方に商品を確認してもらい、
立会検査調書というのものを頂きましたので、

According to the recepient, The indemnity is only up to 20,000 yen ( approximately $240), which includes shipping fee of $171.75.
Even though you had an insurance, you, as a sender, need to contact directly in order to get all the money back.
There is nothing recepient can do because he/she has no right to do so.
I paid total amount of $517, $317 for the product and $200 for shipping.
