Many black dots which cannot be removed and scratches are found inside and outside of it! Please look at the picture. I bought this as a gift for my friend, so I urgently need solution. I bought the same one before, so please resend me an unstained clean one, duly after inspecting it. I will return the one I have received, but can you refund me the custom tax (1,600 yen) which incurred to me? I look forward to the prompt solution.
