If you do not mind, can you please tell me how is your sales amount in Japan? I suppose I will be able to multiply the sales amount ten times larger than the current sales.
In my opinion, it is better to translate your site into Japanese, keeping your concept image unchanged. It will serve well in branding strategy in Japan.
