新品として出品された商品が、私に届いたときには箱の部分にダメージがありました。
販売者にダメージがある旨を連絡しましたが、補償できないとの返答がありました。
再度、一部返金を希望する連絡をしましたが、返答は返ってきませんでした。
商品にダメージがあるので、私は商品代金の半額分の返金を希望します。
この商品を日本から注文した場合、商品が日本に到着するまでどの程度のに日数が掛かりますか？

There was a damage in the box of the item put as a new one when I received.
I told the seller about it, but he said he can't compensate.
I tried to contact him again, aking for a refund partly, only to get no reply.
I would like a half refund of the item because of the damage.
If I order this item in Japan, how many days will it take for me to get it in Japan?

When the goods which were exhibited as the new article reached me, there was damage in the part of the box.
I informed of it that there is damage in the vendor but there was a reply that it isn't possible to compensate.
Once again, I did the getting in touch to hope for the part repayment but the reply didn't return.
Because there is damage in the goods, I hope for the repayment with price of the goods for the half price.
The number of the boiling days with which degree when ordering these goods from Japan, is taken until the goods arrive at Japan?
