今回は、第１タームスキルチェックの様子を見てみましょう。
スキルチェックとは？
３ヶ月に１回行われる実技テストのことです。学んだ技術の習得度をひとりひとり個人技術カルテに記録されます。スキルチェック後はテクニカルサポートがありできていない点のサポートもあります。
この春入学した２年制の１年次学生の第1回スキルチェックの課題は『基本絞り技術のマスター』です。
絞り袋の持ち方から時間内でキレイにできるかなど、本当に細かい点まで目の前で先生がチェックするので真剣です。
先生からマンツーマンでの個別アドバイス。
今日の結果は後日発表されます。
優秀者はアドバンスプログラムでStellaLuneオーナーシェフである田村泰範氏の授業が受けれるんです！

This time, let’s see what they are doing at Daiichi Term Confectionery Skill Check.
What is the skill check?
It is a skill test held once three months. Students’ degree of acquisition of skills they learned is checked and recorded in each student’s skill chart . After the skill check, students receive technical supports for items that they cannot do well.
The assignment of the first skill check for freshman who entered the school (2 school years system) this spring is “Working up a basic squeezing up skill”
This time, let’s see what they are doing at Daiichi Term Confectionery Skill Check.

Instructors check very carefully in front of the students every detailed point from, for example, how to grasp a squeezing bag to if the work is done well within an assigned time. So the students are very serious.
