Our company properly obtains and utilizes private information within the specific range of the utilization aim of private information during business and employment. We do not use the private information exceeding the necesary range within which the utilizaiton aim is achieved (utilization for other purpose). And we take measures to ensure that.

We shall properly acquire and use private information within the scope of the specified purpose of use of private information in course of our business and employment, and shall limit the use of such information only to the achievement of the specified purpose of use, i.e. we shall not use such private information beyond the scope needed to achieve the purpose of use of such information, and further take necessary action to assure that.

Our company deals with acquisition and use of individual information in the limited range of special purpose for business and employment. We do not use the information beyond legitimate ranges that are necessary to attain the purpose (prohibition of use for other improper purposes), and take necessary procedures for that.
