分解修理中の写真を掲載するので、見て欲しい。

I have requested a camera vendor to repair the camera I purchased from you. After the inspection was done by a specialist, it was found out that its sync socket was sunk inward by 1.5mm. Due to this, the lens board was distorted. As there is no damage seen on the exterior, it must have been given a strong force while in a case.
I attach herewith photos of it being repair. Kindly have a look at them.

I have asked an expert to fix the camera that I recently bought from you. The craftsman has found that the inside of the sync socket has sunk towards the back by 1.5mm. This has caused the lens board to become bent. As there are no marks or scratches on the outside, the assumption is that this was caused by applying excessive force when inserting it into the case.

I sent the camera, which I had bought from you, to a repair shop. The repair engineer found examined and found that the synchrosocket was deep into the body 1.5 mm and the lens board distorted.
