契約書がなく取引の諸条件のみ取り決めて取引している会社もあります。
見本をメールに添付しますので、参考にして御社で修正または作成してください。
購入条件等は出来る限り御社の条件を受け入れる予定です。
弊社の条件としては支払いはユーロ建て。
配送方法はDHLまたはFEDEX希望。
支払い時期は、発送完了後、追跡番号を受け取ってからの御社の銀行口座に振込みます
We would be very pleased if we could get used to the first agency in Japan. The contract varies depending on the manufacturer, and there are simple contracts as well as complex ones. There are also companies that trade only by deciding on various conditions without a contract. We will attach a sample to the email, so please refer to it and revise or create it at your company. We plan to accept your company’s purchase conditions as much as possible. As for our conditions, the payment is in euros. We prefer the delivery method to be DHL or FEDEX. The payment period is, after the shipment is completed, we will transfer it to your company’s bank account after receiving the tracking number
