Please could you help me with the negative feedback on this transaction.
The buyer in question claims that the unopened item is fraudulent.
This product is a highly random product.
I would assume that buyers can clearly understand this when purchasing.
The fact that the buyer happened to get a card that they did not want and therefore submitting negative feedback on it even though there was no guarantee what card would be gained is highly unreasonable in my opinion.
I am selling on eBay as I want all buyers to be happy.
I would never try and cheat people or do them wrong.
This is beyond my capabilities.
