The Shipping Rate Calculator on your website says 843.42 USD for the shipping charge by FedEx at the weight of 196.1 lbs. However, the shipping charge for invoice number “○○” is 916.20 USD before the discount. There is a difference of 72.78 USD. I would like to know why the higher amount is being charged. Would it be possible to ask for a refund of the difference?
