なおコロナ感染の影響がなくなった事により香港との往来も再開されるので香港現地でも事務所を借りる予定でおります。
また会計事務所に口座閉鎖のお知らせが届いてましたが、25日にもらったメールでは今週中が提出期限だと認識しております。

Also, as the traveling to and from Hong Kong will be resumed shortly since the impact of the COVID has disappeared,, we are planning to rent an office in Hong Kong.
Although, the accounting firm has received a notice of account closure, we understand the deadline this this week as per the email I received on the 25th.
It took much time for the material preparation and arranging a language specialist.
As a proof of address I am sending you the following:
1. Invoice of the office's utility bills (electricity)
2. Official company registration as a Japanese branch of Af limited.
Also, traveling from/to Hong Kong will resume as we no longer have a negative impact of COVID infection, so we are planning to rent an office locally in Hong Kong as well.
Aside of the above, a notification of account closure came to the accounting office. According to the mail received on 25th, the submission due we believe is during this week.
