こちら送り致します。
なおコロナ感染の影響がなくなった事により香港との往来も再開されるので香港現地でも事務所を借りる予定でおります。
また会計事務所に口座閉鎖のお知らせが届いてましたが、２５日にもらったメールでは今週中が提出期限だと認識しております。

As for the proof of address
1. Office utility invoice (electricity bill)
2, Official transcript as Af limited Japan branch
I will send it here.
Also, as the traveling to and from Hong Kong will be resumed shortly since the impact of the COVID has disappeared,, we are planning to rent an office in Hong Kong.
Although, the accounting firm has received a notice of account closure, we understand the deadline this this week as per the email I received on the 25th.
