今回101-1020 VESA を28個注文しますのでその荷物と一緒に交換用のパッケージを同梱して私の住所に発送してもらえますでしょうか？
現在パッケージが破損した商品が私のところに23個あります。可能であれば30個分の交換用パッケージが欲しいです。

Yes that's right. In the past when I placed an order, some of the product packages were delivered with damages. I need packages for replacement so that I could use those with no damage to sell them.
