A社から紹介され、初めて連絡します。A社のBさんから聞いていると思いますが、今A社の日本にある工場をイタリアに移設するので、Chamberも新設すると聞きました。今回は、弊社がこの新しい案件を引き受けるかどうか、詳細等もまったく何も決まっておりませんが、参考の為、2011年当時の御社の作業範囲を教えて頂けると助かります。また、当時の御社の見積書などがあれば送ってくれますか？

This is my first time contacting you after getting introduced by A. You may have heard this from B of A, A is moving their Japan factory to Italy, and they'll be establishing a new chamber. While we do not yet know whether we can accept this project or not and no details have been finalized yet, it would be helpful if you can tell us the scope of your work at the time in 2011. Also, would it be possible to send your quotation for the work at the time?

I am contacting you for the first time after being introduced by Company A. As you may have heard from Mr. B of Company A, Company A's current factory in Japan is being relocated to Italy, and I have heard that a new Chamber will also be established.
