The recipient in full name, including the "Oтчество", as the father's side in Cyrillic, must be matched to the account holder of the recipient.
The address of the recipient, including the residing area in Russia.
The bank account number in 20 digits （eg：40817810XXXXXXXXXXXX）
The bank code of the recipient in 9 digit number（BIK）
