オーダー番号:000-000について
日本のクレジットカードを使用して決済しましたが、
海外からの購入のため利用制限がかかり決済ができませんでした。
現在一時的に制限解除したため決済が可能になりました。
WEB上で決済がうまくできなかったため、お手数ですが再度クレジットカードの決済処理をお願いします。
（英語がほとんど話せないため、すぐに返信ができない、または簡単な単語でしか回答できないかもしれません）
As for the order number at 000-000,
I have tried t pay by using a Japanese credit card, but it was failed to make a transaction because there was limited to purchase from overseas. However, now, the limit is temporarily removed, so that the settlement becomes available.
As the payment was unable on the website, could you process the settlement on the credit card, please? (I don't understand English well, so I might reply in some simple words)
