とても綺麗に修復でき元通りになりました
Rフィギュアの青いマスクの両腕ははじめから折れてました
輸送中に破損したのはＥマスクの手だけです
これもボンドで修理しました。
丁寧な梱包のおかげでダメージは最小限に抑えられましたので
保険は使わなくていいでしょう

Yes! Your packing was perfect indeed.
We have repaired a crack at the leg of A figure using white putty today. That was fully repaired perfectly.
Both arms of the blue mask of the R figure were broken from the beginning. The broken during transport affected the hand of the E mask. This was also mended using a strong adhesive agent.
Thanks to your careful packing, the damages are limited minimised, so we think we don’t have to use insurance at this time.
