B基準のコース・対象者は本社人事が設定する。*各グループ会社が同等のコースを設定・実施する場合は、事前に本社に相談をすること(実施コースの重複回避が目的)
C基準:本社人事がグループ共通の学習プラットフォームを提供するので、可能な限り(対象者は)参画すること。各グループ会社が別途コースを設定・実施した場合は、内容を報告すること

B: Standard course

Head Office personnel will provide a learning platform common to the Group. Target audience should participate as much as feasible. Please report the content of the course should each Group set / implement different courses.
Courses and targets based on B are set by head office personnel. *If each Group company sets up or implements the same course, consult with the head office in advance (for the purpose of avoiding duplicate courses)
Criterion C: The head office personnel provide a group-wide learning platform, so as much as possible (the target person) should participate. If each group company sets up or conducts a separate course, report the contents.
The personnel of the head office shall set the course and the target of the B standard. In the event that each group company sets up and implements a similar course, the head office must be consulted in advance (the purpose is to avoid duplication of courses).
