OK, I agree with the conditions.
(I am not happy with the PayPal's high commissions, but international bank transfers do take considerable cost and time. Therefore I wish to pay promptly and safely with PayPal.)
Could you please send me the instrument as soon as possible?
Please tell me when the instrument will be shipped after the final tuning checks.

I understand and agree with the condition.
I am not happy either to pay the relatively expensive commission of paypal. However, as international bank transfers take time and also need some amount of money, I want to make payment through paypal which is safer and takes less time.
I would like you to send the instrument as soon as possible.
Please let me know the date of the shipment of the instrument after the final check for its adjustment.
I can pay the charge at any time.

(I do not like to pay the high rate paypal handling charge, but the transfer between international banks also cost so much and takes time. I want to pay by paypal which is more quick and safe.)
