現在、弊社では人事評価や上司推薦が主で、来年度以降、業務遂行に伴うスキルチェックを採用しようとしています
2．S社の研修は全てS社のグループ会社が企画・運用・実施しているのでしょうか？YESの場合、何名でこなしているのでしょうか？

Currently, our company mainly evaluates personnel and recommends bosses. From next year we are going to also adopt skill checks for business execution.
2. Is all the training for Company S planned, operated, and implemented by its group company? If so, may I ask how many people attend?
