商品の箱の破損について、日本DHLに問い合わせたところ、
契約上、私とDHLの間で保証を受けることができないため、あなたのお店からDHLに問い合わせ頂き保証を受けて下さいと連絡がありました。
私が無料配送ではなく有料配送にしたのは、早く商品が欲しい事もそうですが、綺麗な状態の商品が欲しかったからです。
対応をお願いします。

When I contacted DHL Japan about the damage of the product box, I was informed that since I could not receive a warranty between DHL and myself under the contract, please contact DHL from your store to receive a warranty.
The reason I chose paid shipping instead of free shipping is because not only I wanted the product as soon as possible, but also because I wanted the product in a clean condition.

As for the damage to the box, I have asked for DHL in Japan about it. But it says you should contact the shop to request the insurance to DHL as the acceptance of insurance can not be made directly from me to DHL for this situation.
Why I chose a paid shipping delivery rather than free shipping is I wanted to have an item in good quality as well as wanted the item earlier.
