商品の箱の破損について、日本DHLに問い合わせたところ、
契約上、私とDHLの間で保証を受けることができないため、あなたのお店からDHLに問い合わせ頂き保証を受けて下さいと連絡がありました。
私が無料配送ではなく有料配送にしたのは、早く商品が欲しい事もそうですが、綺麗な状態の商品が欲しかったからです。
対応をお願いします。
