Currently, the only shipping method available from Japan to USA is FedEX. The shipping will cost $60 and it will be delivered within a week.
The shipping fee you paid was $14, but I will pay for the remaining $46, so there will be additional cost.
I will ship it tomorrow morning at 9 a.m. JST, about 20 hours from now.
