inletの圧力がoutletの圧力より高いということはありえないと思います。
笑い話ですが、日本でも圧力計がinletとoutlet逆に付いていた客先がいましたので、
無いとは思いますが、お客様に確認いただければと思います。
または、圧力計自体に不備があるかだと思います。
製造した樹脂に問題がないのであれば、機器自体に問題は無いのだと思います。
お客様に聞きづらいとは思いますが、圧力計の設置位置について確認してみてください。
念の為に確認ですが、機器を使用している樹脂はAでしたよね？

I don't think inlet pressure is higher than outlet pressure.
It is just a joke, but, in Japan, one of the customers attached pressure gauge inlet and outlet other way round, so I would like you to confirm with the customer just in case.
Or, the pressure gauge itself has some problem.
If the manufactured regin is fine, then the equipment is OK.
I am afraid you will have difficulty to ask your customer, but please ask the customer about the position of the pressur gauge.
Just to make sure, the regin using the equipment is A, right?
