商品を本日受取ました。破損に関するクレームです。送ってい頂いたフィギュアの数体が破損していました。重い本の下に配置されており、配慮の無さすぎる対応は改善すべきだと思います。今回セットで価値のあるものでしたので全額の補償を要求致します。ご返信お願い致します。

I would like to make a complaint about damage.
Some of the figures I received are broken.
They were placed under heavy books.
I have to say that this is really thoughtless and should be improved.
As I paid a lot of money for the set, I would like a full compensation for the full amount.

Received the items today. Unfortunately, I need to make a complaint about the damage to them. I found some of the figures you had sent me were damaged. They have been carried in a package placed under heavy books. I think it was extremely thoughtless handling and should be improved.
