2) In order to issue on your behalf, you need to submit some information and documents from your shipper.
3) The cost is Eur40 for up to 2 items
4) Costs cannot be charged to your FedEx Express account, and instead, it will be charged to the shipper and will cost Eur5 as mailing costs
