真摯に対応させていただきました。
その点を考慮していただき、全額の免除をお願いしたく存じます。
spare partsについては、それぞれの機器と一緒に出荷しております。
Deduction後の総額が全体金額のの0.6％なので、spare partsの金額×0.6％で金額の計算をしております。
Regarding the Liquidated Damages experienced,
As we wrote in the letter attached, we have conducted matters which you requested sincerely. For the consideration of this, we would like you to exempt all the expenses at this time.
As for the spare parts, we ship together with other equipment.
Because of 0.6% of the total amount after the deduction, please note that it is calculated as the price of spare parts×0.6％.
