○○の出荷数量について質問です。この荷物は29箱出荷となっています。現在日本に28箱到着していますが1箱不足しています。この件でFedExから連絡がありました。29箱出荷となっているが最初からFedExは28箱しか受領していないとのことです。29箱出荷というのは誤りで、28箱出荷が正しいでしょうか？至急ご回答をお願いします。
