資料を見たところ，Yに渡ってくるログは正しくAの処理がされているように見えるので，後者の設定はバグに該当しないと思っています。

If I change the setting as follows and execute then it operates as expected.

I think the latter setting will produce the result as the method using Z, but the method using Z has X bug so I don't want to use it.
Is there any possibility that using the latter setting will fulfill the requirement for X bug?
Looking at the documents, the log that spans over Y says A is being processed properly, so I think the latter setting doesn't correspond to the bug.
