6/29に発送依頼をしましたSHIP REQUEST ID ○○ ですが、まだ出荷がされません。ステータスも「Cancel shipment」のままで「in process」にもなっていません。いまどのような状況でしょうか？私は日本へ発送ができず大変困っています。本日の発送は可能でしょうか？ご回答お待ちしています。

I requested shipment in June 29 with ship request ID ○○, but it still hasn't been shipped. The status also shows 'Cancel shipment', it hasn't changed to 'in process'. What's the current status? I can't ship to Japan and it's really troubling me. Can you ship to Japan? I'm waiting for your reply.

I am with SHIP REQUEST ID “○○ “ that I made a request for shipping on the 29th of June
But, the item isn't shipped yet. The status remains “Cancel shipment” and we still don't find “in-process” yet.
