A claim on the bond will never be done from the constituent company of JV each and a claim has to be done from A. The most concern at the bank and us is that both A and B have a claim right of bond.
Also, it means to be claimed doubled. Please consider it, if no risks are proved to be obvious, the application would be much easier.
