incorporated JVにボンドの発行が難しいと言われました。

そこでご相談ですが、Bondの発行先をA社 on behalf of B社として提出させていただけないでしょうか。
他社でのプロジェクトでこういった形態で提出させていただいた実績があります。

どうしてもB社を発行先にしなければならない場合は再度銀行に相談してみますが、
