昨日確認したときはステータスが「in process」となっていました。しかし今確認をしてみたら「Cancel shipment」に戻ってしまっています。現在どのような状況でしょうか？コロナウイルスの影響で出荷に時間がかかってしまっているのでしょうか？商品が出荷されずとても困っています。
