昨日確認したときはステータスが「in process」となっていました。しかし今確認をしてみたら「Cancel shipment」に戻ってしまっています。現在どのような状況でしょうか？コロナウイルスの影響で出荷に時間がかかってしまっているのでしょうか？商品が出荷されずとても困っています。

When I checked it yesterday, the status was "in process". But I checked it now,and found that it was returned to "Cancel shipment". How is the actual situation now? Is it taking long time for the shipment due to the coronavirus? I am having an inconvenience since the item has not been sent yet.
