There are 3 options available:
1. Wait until the Belgian postal service restart shipping to Japan (very likely at the beginning of May)
2. Ship your item with PostNL 42,50 EUR (instead of 27 EUR). Including insurance up to 200 EUR => additional fee of 15.50 EUR
3. Ship your item with EMS 60 EUR (instead of 27 EUR) => additional fee of 33 EUR
If you want to go for option 2 or 3, please send the additional fee to my Paypal account and I'll ship your record on Monday
