A社とコンタクトを取りましたが、下記のような回答が返ってきました。
A社は〇〇を含む全ての機器をB社に見積り済み。
A社はB社から製品の承認を受けており、すでにB社から受注済み。
なので、弊社に機器の見積り依頼をすることはできない。
B社から承認を受けているベンダーは弊社とC社のみのはずなので、
再度A社に状況の確認をお願い致します。
It seems to be less for your ordered QTY than contacted previously but would you have an additional order in the future? Otherwise, will the ordering QTY be decreasing ?
As I have contacted with A, the following answer has been made.
A already has a estimate for all the equipment including 〇〇 to the B.
A has approved for the products from B and ordered from B.
Therefore, an estimate request for us cannot be made.
The vendor approved from B must be C and us so that would you please make sure the situation to A, please?
