我々は完全な回答を得た後3日を所定の対応期間と定めており、貴殿の回答が遅れた日数分私の対応も遅らせざるを得ません

As for A, we have obtained the materials that you explained to us at N. We may ask you some questions if there is anything we did not understand.
So far we allowed delays up to two days, but we cannot accept delays greater than a few days. The processing time is set to three days after we receive the responses, and I need to delay my response as your response was delayed. I ask you to understand that we cannot adjust the schedule as we have a lot of work other than this project.
This message will be sent to the people concerned as well.
