我々は完全な回答を得た後3日を所定の対応期間と定めており、貴殿の回答が遅れた日数分私の対応も遅らせざるを得ません

We don't care about two days delay but if a few days delay is happened it is not acceptable.
We set ordinal corresponding time for 3 days after get complete answer,
