郵便局の担当者に、商品を日本へ返還するように依頼していただけましたでしょうか?
現在、郵便局(機関)に保管されている、あなたへ送った荷物は受け取らずに、
その商品を日本へ返還するように、郵便局の担当者へ依頼してください。
これは可能でしょうか?
商品が日本へ返還され次第、商品購入代金をあなたへ返金致します。
商品があなたの国にある場合は、返金手続きを行えません。
なぜなら、商品代金を返金後に、その商品を受け取ることも可能だからです。
(残念ながら、以前そのような実例がありました)
At present it is being stored in the post office (customs). Please request the one in charge that the item be sent to Japan without you receiving the package sent to you.
Can you do that?
Once the item is returned to Japan we will refund you the payment you bought it for.
Should the item be in your country, we cannot carry out the refund process.
Why? Because after refunding the item payment,,you will be able to get the item.
(Sad to say, that has happened before.)
Now, the item is being held at the post office (center) , as I did not received notification about the item was sent to you,
please send request to person in charge at the post office, so that the item can be return back to Japan.
Is it possible?
After returning the item back to Japan, I will return the purchasing money to you.
If the item is in your country, the procedure to return the money will not be process.
This is because, even after the purchasing money had been returned to you, it is still possible to receive the item.
(Unfortunately, same incident was happened in the past)
Please do not accept the package I sent you that is currently held at the post office (agency)
and request them to return it to Japan.
Is it possible to do so?
As soon as I receive the returned product in Japan, I will refund the product purchase amount.
I cannot process it while the product is in your country.
This is because it is possible for you to receive the product after the refund is made.
(Unfortunately, I've had a case like that in the past.)
