こんにちは。日頃から、日本に安く動物の薬を送って下さってとても感謝しています。
非常に残念ながら、税関から通知が来ました。 結論から言いますと、これ以上の手続きは、私は、獣医師でないので不可能です。したがって、御社に返送となります。
私は、今回の件は、どうすれば良いですか？貴社の対応について教えて下さい。

I appreciate much that you send me the medicine of animal to Japan.
It is very regrettable, but I got the notification from the customs.
As a conclusion, it is impossible for me to go through the procedure more since I am not veterinary doctor.
So, I will return them to your company.
How should I do for this case?
