こんにちは。日頃から、日本に安く動物の薬を送って下さってとても感謝しています。

非常に残念ながら、税関から通知が来ました。　結論から言いますと、これ以上の手続きは、私は、獣医師でないので不可能です。したがって、御社に返送となります。

私は、今回の件は、どうすれば良いですか？貴社の対応について教えて下さい。
