なぜ全ての注文に適用出来ないのでしょうか？
御社の判断で適用されるとこちらで把握できないので適用する注文の指定をしたいです。
出来れば全ての注文に適用して頂きたい。
ギフト扱いのものに請求書は不要ですが、ギフト扱い出来ない注文にはこれまで通りパッケージに請求書を貼ってほしい。

How come you cannot apply to all orders?
I would like to specify the order to apply because I cannot grasp if it is applied at your discretion.
If possible, please apply to all the orders.
You do not need to attach an invoice for those handled as gifts.
However, for those not handled as gift, please attach invoices on the packages as usual.

Why cannot it apply with every order?
I want to appoint an applicable order since we may not catch it if it is applied based on your judgement.
I strongly recommend you to apply for every single orders.
The bill is not needed for the gift, but please stick bills for the gift as usual.
