ですので、純水のほうが脱気しやすいということはありません。

・残存酸素の初期値が高いため
・弊社は脱気装置のホースを直接Sinkに入れて脱気しているので、処理効率が高い可能性があります
脱気速度は理論上2倍程度にはなると思いますが、実際はやってみないとわかりません。
あと方法があるとすれば、弊社と同様にバルブを通さず、直接脱気装置のホースをSinkに入れるやり方をするかです。
