もし資格が必要であればもちろん取得します
資格が必要なくても、アフターサービスガイドを頂けるのであればそれを熟読し
スタッフ全員が完璧に出来るようにする覚悟があります
是非この点を考慮して頂いて代理店として販売させて頂きたいです

Yes, we have never sold e-bike.
Do we need specific certification for after service?
If we need it, we will get it, of course.
If we can get the after service guide without specific certification, we surely think that we will read well and all of our staffs can do perfectly.
Please note it and allow us to sell as the agency.
