エレメントが正しく洗浄出来ているか否かの判断はメンブレンチェックで行います。
バブルチェックはあくまで、精度がきちんと出ているかを確認する検査です。
洗浄性を確認するための検査ではありません。
製品が目開きしているか否かを確認するためなので、Aの上限値は設定しておりません。
規格値よりも圧力が下の場合、それは製品が目開きしていることを意味し、
本来の性能が出ないので、弊社では不合格としております。
エアフローとバブルチェックの役割は違うので、そこは分けて考える必要があります。
We'll do membrane check to judge if the element is washed properly or not.
Bubble check is investigation only to check its accuracy, not to check the proper washing.
We haven't fixed upper limit as it is investigation if the product apertures or not.
If the pressure is lower than standard, it means that the product apertures and we regard it as rejected one because the original performance does not come out.
We have to think separately from airflow and bubble check because the role of them are different.
